              綜合介紹或申報(bào)理由:

              新冠肺炎疫情引起了公眾對殺菌消毒的關(guān)注,而深紫外LED則是LED中殺菌消毒的一把好手,具有高效廣譜無污染的優(yōu)勢。深紫外光的光子能量高,很多常規(guī)的封裝方式和材料都難以長期在深紫外照射下穩(wěn)定。同時(shí),由于目前深紫外LED的光電效率較低,大量的輸入電功率轉(zhuǎn)化為熱量,對于封裝體和封裝結(jié)構(gòu)的熱穩(wěn)定性和散熱性能提出了很高的要求。因此,對于深紫外LED封裝關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的研發(fā),克服上述困難,是將深紫外LED產(chǎn)業(yè)化的關(guān)鍵一步。

Deep UV light has high photon energy, and many conventional packaging methods and materials are difficult to stabilize under deep UV light for a long time. At the same time, due to the low photoelectric efficiency of current deep UV LEDs, a large amount of input electric power is converted into heat, which places high requirements on the thermal stability and heat dissipation performance of the package and the package structure. Therefore, the research and development of key technologies for deep ultraviolet LED packaging and overcoming the above difficulties are a key step in industrializing deep ultraviolet LEDs.

              技術(shù)及工藝創(chuàng)新要點(diǎn):

              采用特有的粘接技術(shù)工藝,在透鏡和支架臺階間形成均勻而纖薄的粘接層,粘接層具有良好的氣密性和強(qiáng)度,能夠有效地將透鏡固定于支架上,保護(hù)深紫外芯片;并且減少深紫外光照射在粘接層上的概率,降低粘接失效幾率。

The adhesive layer has good air tightness and strength, which can effectively fix the lens to the bracket and protect the deep ultraviolet chip; and reduce The probability of deep ultraviolet light on the adhesive layer reduces the probability of adhesive failure.
