與國內外同類產品或同類技術的比較情況：
目前市場上的LED路燈燈頭，主要存在三種問題：
1、整燈安裝及拆卸操作復雜：
傳統的路燈安裝方式，絕大部分是靠螺釘緊固件固定模組及電器箱，也有部分路燈是靠搭扣扣合電器箱，但是模組安裝依舊是靠螺絲固定，同時防塵蓋也是靠螺絲實現閉合安裝。相關模組拆卸，電器箱打開，防塵蓋打開很費力。
2、整燈光效不高
雖然目前市場上LED燈珠光效普遍提升，但是普遍光效都不超過 130lm/W.相應光效提升問題已經是遇到瓶頸，很難突破。
3、燈體內接插件安裝不方便
市場上的模組路燈采用的都是公母對插，塑料螺紋鎖合結構，所需操作空間很大，安裝緊固的時候容易滑牙，或者回松的時候很難回松。

1、燈具模組采用全密封結構，防水等級IP67,全燈具實現免工具安裝與維護：燈具開蓋通過側邊按鈕式快速打開背后防塵板，里面安裝有倆小彈片可以將防塵蓋彈起；快卡式安裝模組，通過撥動一邊模組卡鉤，取出模組組件，模組通過一端繞軸，另一端通過模組卡鉤滑入，壓牢。實現模組的安裝；同樣電器箱也采用按鈕把手打開電器箱，通過撥動按鈕把手，打開內部卡鉤，從而打開電器箱，電器箱實現防水IP66。電器箱內部電器板也可以做為獨立的組成，通過2P公母對插端子與外界模組連接，通過3P公母對插端子與外輸入連接，通過撥動卡扣，叉開對插端子實現電器板安裝于拆卸。
2、采用獨特自主研發設計快速自鎖式接插件，有效提高工作效率，增加其美觀整齊特性，按壓扣合自鎖，線纜連接注塑頭與法蘭頭之間通過旋轉螺帽上的楔形扣與法蘭頭上的楔形卡槽卡合連接，扣合到位后，通過彈簧復位實現自鎖，對比與傳統螺紋式鎖緊，工序簡單。為此還特意申請了發明專利。（一種免工具拆裝的led模組及其實現方法，申請號：201910768896.0 狀態：實審中）
3、燈具模組匹配高光效點膠透鏡模組，常規模組及帶玻璃防護的光源模組。
點膠版模組在配光透鏡的光線入射面與LED光源的光線出射面間填充折射率與LED光源封裝材料及配光透鏡材料折射率相近或相同的材料，LED光源的光線出射面與配光透鏡的光線入射面之間沒有空氣間隔，大幅度降低光線界面反射損失；帶玻璃防護的光源模組，是在原先透鏡基礎上新增玻璃保護，適用于特殊場合需求，也便于路燈清洗，有效的解決路燈暴露在太陽光下，UV對PC透鏡傷害出現變黃，塑化老化的現象。有效提高燈具的壽命。
4、獨特配光在確保理想路面照度及均勻度的同時消除LED眩光，透鏡表面均勻磨砂
5、燈頭搭配路燈套桿可做路燈實用，做路燈可調角度±15°，LED路燈頭進行多角度調節，使其達到最理想的照明角度效果，將不受燈桿高度及地面高度影，套桿與燈體角度可調至90°，可作為停車場燈照明。
