精密型八溫區(qū)無鉛電腦回流焊設備是我公司為高端焊接要求的客戶打造的一款高性能的回流焊設備，此款設備采用西門子加電腦控制，溫度控制非常精準，采用三層保溫隔熱系統(tǒng)，節(jié)能環(huán)保，適合于各種控制電路，BGA元件，LED燈珠，大功率LED燈珠的生產(chǎn)焊接。

技術(shù)及工藝創(chuàng)新要點：
1、電腦回流焊所有溫區(qū)上下分別加熱;獨立熱風循環(huán)，獨立控溫，各溫區(qū)控溫精度±1℃。
2、模塊化加熱結(jié)構(gòu)，有效防止溫區(qū)間的氣流影響，保證元件受熱均勻，橫向溫度偏差<±2℃.
3、電腦回流焊的上爐體開啟采用氣動頂升，安全可靠便于爐膛清潔。
4、特制長壽鎳锘發(fā)熱絲型熱源，功率充沛，升溫快速，從室溫至恒溫小于20分鐘。
5、電腦回流焊采用進口高速運風馬達直聯(lián)驅(qū)動進行熱循環(huán)，低噪音，震動小，熱循環(huán)效率高。
6、采用PLC工控產(chǎn)品上下位機控制，具有一流的穩(wěn)定性。
7、具有導軌鏈條及網(wǎng)帶雙重同步傳輸系統(tǒng)及加油潤滑系統(tǒng)。
8、電腦回流焊導軌為特制優(yōu)質(zhì)鋁合金，高硬度高強度，變形小精度高。
9、具有延時開關(guān)保護功能，防止因不均勻降溫使傳輸部件變形。
10、具有斷電保護功能，保證斷電后PCB板正常輸出而不致?lián)p壞。
11、具有超溫聲光報警及緊急制動系統(tǒng)。
12、簡繁體中文MMI操作界面和人工智能軟件控制，極大地方便了用戶的使用
