2、產(chǎn)品結(jié)合LED燈具工程實(shí)例，采用海綿式散熱方式，現(xiàn)將LED芯片產(chǎn)出的熱量收集在燈殼上，通用低風(fēng)阻系數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)曲面外形，空氣流動(dòng)學(xué)原理將熱量散在空氣中，實(shí)現(xiàn)LED芯片工作狀態(tài)處于低溫狀態(tài)，保證燈具流明最大輸出值；

技術(shù)及工藝創(chuàng)新要點(diǎn)：
1、 燈具外殼采用ADC12優(yōu)質(zhì)鋁合金，一次壓鑄成形，產(chǎn)品內(nèi)部氣密性好，無氣孔，密度大，強(qiáng)度高，通過IK10防護(hù)等級測試，殼體表面經(jīng)過研磨，高溫清洗，表面鈍化，靜電噴涂工藝后，抗鹽霧等級可達(dá)500小時(shí)以上。
The lamp housing is made of ADC12 high-quality aluminum alloy, which is formed by one-time die-casting. The product has good air tightness, no air hole, high density and high strength. It is tested by IK10 protection grade. The surface of the shell is ground, high temperature cleaning, surface passivation, static electricity. After the spraying process, the salt spray testiing can reach more than 500 hours.
