The salt spray testing machine tests the corrosion resistance of various products, including coating, electroplating, inorganic and organic film, cathodic treatment, antirust oil and other anticorrosive treatments.

技術(shù)及工藝創(chuàng)新要點(diǎn)：

1、采用自動加水系統(tǒng)，水位不足時(shí)能自動補(bǔ)充水位之功能，試驗(yàn)不中斷；

2、精密玻璃噴嘴（PYREX）霧氣擴(kuò)散均勻，并自然落于試片，并保證無結(jié)晶鹽阻塞；

3、附雙重超溫保護(hù)，水位不足警示，確保使用安全；

4、溫度控制器使用數(shù)字顯示，PID控制溫度，誤差±0。1℃；

5、試驗(yàn)室采用蒸氣直接加溫方式，升溫度速度快且均勻，減少待機(jī)時(shí)間

6、噴霧塔附錐形分散器，具導(dǎo)向霧氣，調(diào)節(jié)霧量及均勻落霧量等功能；

7、飽合空氣桶采用享利定律，于以加熱加溫，并提供試驗(yàn)室所需之濕度;

8、采用全偵測系統(tǒng)，故障發(fā)生時(shí)可亮燈顯示。

5. The test room adopts the steam direct heating mode, with fast and even temperature rise speed, reducing the standby time.

6. the spray tower is equipped with a conical disperser, which has the functions of guiding fog, regulating fog quantity and even dropping fog.

7. Henrys law is adopted for the saturated air barrel to heat and provide the huity required by the laboratory;

8. Adopt the full detection system, which can light up when the fault occurs.
