              1. Self-created T-PWM Super depth dimming technology, which can meet various commercial space lighting effect requirements, with the minimum brightness less than 0.01%, reaching the industry-leading level;

              2. High dimming accuracy, this is not produce LED color deviation in the dimming process, and does not affect the life of the LED;

              與國內(nèi)外同類產(chǎn)品或同類技術(shù)的比較情況:

              一、與CCR模擬調(diào)光的對比:Compare to CCR analog dimming
              模擬調(diào)光/電流恒定降低(CCR, Constant Current Reduction)調(diào)光,指的就是改變通過LED的電流來線性調(diào)整LED的亮度,理想情況下LED的亮度與通過電流成正比。
              這種調(diào)光原理在LED上進行調(diào)光時有以下幾個特性:

              Analog dimming/ CCR (Constant Current Reduction) dimming refers to the linear adjustment of LED brightness by changing the current passing through LED. Ideally, the brightness of LED is proportional to the passing current.
              This dimming principle has following acteristics when dimming LED:

              【優(yōu)勢】
              調(diào)光時不產(chǎn)生低噪聲,在使用數(shù)碼攝像設(shè)備拍照攝影不容易產(chǎn)生紋波及閃爍。

              【劣勢】
              1.當(dāng)電流發(fā)生變化時會造成LED的色偏。
              2.模擬調(diào)光的范圍較窄,多臺電源控制時一致性、調(diào)光線性差。
              3.LED不是在額定的電壓和電流下工作,長期工作會縮短LED使用壽命。
              4.由于LED驅(qū)動器始終處于工作狀態(tài),隨著電流減少,LED驅(qū)動器轉(zhuǎn)換效率迅速降低,因此會增加電源系統(tǒng)的功率損耗。

              【Advantages】
              1.Without low noise in dimming. In the use of digital camera equipment photography, not easy to produce ripple and flicker.

              【Shortages】
              1.It will cause color shift of the LED when current changes.
              2.Narrow dimming range, poor dimming consistency and linearity at multiple drivers.
              3.LED is not working with rated voltage and current and the LED life would be shorten in long-term working.
              4.The LED driver conversion efficiency would rapidly reduce with the reduction of current, thus increasing the power loss of the power system.

              二、與CCR+PWM混合調(diào)光的對比:compare to CCR+PWM dimming
              CCR(模擬)+PWM調(diào)光,指的是在模擬調(diào)光的基礎(chǔ)上在低區(qū)加入PWM調(diào)光,其目的是希望通過PWM來彌補模擬調(diào)光范圍不足的問題,同時保留模擬調(diào)光中高區(qū)拍攝無頻閃的優(yōu)勢。但在吸收兩者優(yōu)點的同時,也將兩者缺點兼并了過來,在實際應(yīng)用過程中表現(xiàn)的特性為:

              【優(yōu)勢】
              1.對比單純的模擬調(diào)光,調(diào)光范圍向低亮度延伸,應(yīng)用場景更廣。
              2.保留了中高亮度下的調(diào)光無頻閃的優(yōu)勢。

              【劣勢】
              1.模擬調(diào)光時精準度不高,調(diào)光線性不好的問題并沒有改善。
              2.在模擬與PWM轉(zhuǎn)變的時候會不自然。
              3.低亮度下PWM調(diào)光仍可能存在頻閃問題,部分拍攝會有紋波現(xiàn)象。
              4.低區(qū)PWM是技術(shù)難點,大部分廠商在完成轉(zhuǎn)入PWM調(diào)光后,調(diào)光存在響應(yīng)延時

              CCR(Analog)+ PWM Dimming means on the basis of analog dimming adding the PWM dimming mode at low brightness, which aims to make up the insufficient dimming range of CCR, at the same time keep the advantage of non-flicker at high brightness dimming of CCR. But both advantages absorb but also defects. The practical problems are as following:

              【Advantages】
              1.Wider dimming range comparing to pure analog dimming, and wider application.
              2.Keep the advantage of non-flicker at dle and high brightness dimming.

              【Shortages】
              1.The accuracy of analog dimming is not high, and the problem of poor dimming linearity has not been improved.
              2.Unnatural during analog and PWM transitions.
              3.PWM dimming may still exist stroboscopic problems at low brightness, and some shots may exist ripple phenomenon.
              4.At Low brightness of PWM is technical difficulty. Most manufacturers have a response delay dimming after they add PWM dimming into CCR.

              三、與普通PWM調(diào)光的對比:Compare to PWM dimming
              脈沖寬度調(diào)制(PWM, Pulse Width Modulation),簡稱脈寬調(diào)制。原理是通過PWM 波開啟和關(guān)閉LED 來改變正向電流的導(dǎo)通時間以達到亮度調(diào)節(jié)的效果。
              這個方式常常被比喻成高頻次的開關(guān)動作,即LED反復(fù)處于0%亮度及100%亮度,所以PWM優(yōu)勢和劣勢都很容易凸顯(如低亮度下的頻閃問題),對PWM技術(shù)的控制及打磨決定PWM調(diào)光的好壞,所以常規(guī)情況下的PWM特性也很明顯:

              【優(yōu)勢】
              1.調(diào)光精確度極高,調(diào)光過程不會產(chǎn)生任何LED色偏,不影響LED壽命。
              2.優(yōu)質(zhì)的PWM調(diào)光,在很大范圍內(nèi)調(diào)光也不會發(fā)生閃爍現(xiàn)象。

              【劣勢】
              1.PWM調(diào)光時,程序與硬件配合不好容易使驅(qū)動電路產(chǎn)生人耳聽得見的低噪。
              2.若PWM脈沖頻率很低的話,人眼就會感到閃爍,如果頻率不高,普通數(shù)碼攝像產(chǎn)品拍照攝影也可以捕抓到波紋、頻閃現(xiàn)象。
              3.若PWM頻率過高,雖然可以達到無頻閃的標準,但是調(diào)光灰度級別區(qū)間則會縮減,并在低亮度時出現(xiàn)閃爍。

              Pulse Width Modulation(PWM), which principle is to change the on-time of forward current by the PWM wave to turn the LED on and off to achieve the brightness adjustment effect.

              This mode is often compared to a high-frequency switching action, that is the LED is repeatedly at 0% and 100% brightness, so the advantages and disadvantages of PWM are obvious (such as stroboscopic problems at low brightness). The control and development of PWM technology determines the quality of PWM dimming. So commonly features of PWM dimming are also obvious:

              【Advantages】
              1.Extremely high dimming accuracy, no color shift during dimming process, and won’t affect LED life.
              2.High-quality PWM dimming, non-flicker in a wide range of dimming.

              【Shortages】

              1.If the PWM program and hardware do not match well, the drive circuit would easily cause low noise during dimming.

              2.If the PWM pulse frequency is very low, human eyes will feel flicker. And if the frequency is not high, even ordinary digital camera devices can capture ripples and stroboscopic phenomena.

              3.If the PWM frequency is too high, although it will up to flicker-free standard, but the dimming gray level range will be reduced and have flicker at low brightness.

              技術(shù)及工藝創(chuàng)新要點:

              1.優(yōu)化調(diào)光算法,調(diào)光過程肉眼觀測或者視頻拍照無抖動,超順滑;

              2.根據(jù)硬件特點,軟件調(diào)整調(diào)光曲線,視頻拍照實現(xiàn)無條紋;

              3.具有變頻技術(shù),根據(jù)不同的亮度,改變調(diào)光頻率,實現(xiàn)超低亮度設(shè)計,模擬自然光亮滅。

              1. Optimized dimming algorithm, no jitter in naked eye observation or video photography during dimming process, super smooth;

              2. According to the hardware acteristics, the software adjusts the dimming curve, and the video camera can take pictures without stripes;
