超薄導光板激光打點機 該設備適用擠壓板、澆注板、MS板、PS板等材料的網(wǎng)點制作。

1、打點材料不受限制，澆筑亞克力，擠壓亞克力，MS，PS；
2、材料厚度不受限制,1.0mm，1.5mm，1.8mm，2.0mm，2.3mm，2.5mm，3.0mm等，用薄的材料代替厚的材料，可節(jié)省導光板成本；
3、導光板均勻度可達95%，導光板一致性好，不良率可低至3‰；
4、網(wǎng)點直徑最小可達0.05mm，用高透擴散板不透點；
5、打點速度不比振鏡打點機慢，600幅面導光板約為1分半鐘；
6、用2mm擠壓板導光板的亮度不低于原來傳統(tǒng)3mm澆鑄板導光板亮度；
7、打點幅面可達1.9x1.2米，可以加工大尺寸異形導光板；
8、打點軟件比傳統(tǒng)振鏡式的更簡單，更容易學習操作；
9、設備結(jié)構(gòu)更加簡單，設備故障率更低。
