直流電源柜相較于交流配電柜的區(qū)別，就是改交流供電為直流供電。三相交流電流入直流電源柜，經(jīng)內(nèi)部整流模塊整流后轉(zhuǎn)換為240V的直流電，遠供到LED燈具端，燈具端的DC-DC驅(qū)動電源將直流電轉(zhuǎn)換為恒流源為LED供電，同時該電源柜具有通訊調(diào)光功能，采用曼徹斯特編碼通訊，直流電源柜直接與DC-DC電源通訊，實現(xiàn)智能調(diào)光。
Compared with the traditional LED lighting system. The main difference is power supple. Three-phase Alternating Current flows into the DCPower Supply Cabinet, is converted into 240V Direct Current after the internal rectifier. The drivers of LED luminaires convert the high voltage to applicable voltage, and provide power for LED luminaires. The system can dim luminaires with Manchester Code communication via DC power supply cabinet sends commands to drivers automatically.

技術(shù)及工藝創(chuàng)新要點：
直流懸浮輸出，避免單級觸電，降低觸電風(fēng)險，系統(tǒng)實時監(jiān)測線纜絕緣情況；
將傳統(tǒng)照明中驅(qū)動電源的AC-DC和DC-DC兩部分分離，地面電源柜負責(zé)集中處理AC-DC的工作，燈具側(cè)僅保留穩(wěn)定的DC-DC單元；
直流電源柜落地安裝，故障維修僅在地面作業(yè)；
整流模塊支持熱插拔，不斷電維護；
采用曼徹斯特編碼通訊，利用直流輸電線纜傳輸信號，信號可靠傳輸，DC-DC驅(qū)動電源內(nèi)置通訊單元，無需單燈控制器。
The DC output suspense, avoid single-stage electric shock, reduce the risk of electric shock, monitoring the insulation of cables at any time；
Separate the AC-DC part the total LED driver, and this part is managed at ground in power cabinet. The DC-DC part is retained in the lamp.
Landing installation, can be repaired at the ground if goes wrong;
Rectifier supports to be hot-swappable, can be repaired without cutting off the electricity.
Using Manchester code communication, using the cable of DC to transport the signal reliably, DC-DC driverhas communication unit, doesn’t need a single lamp controller.

杭州京杭大運河：景觀照明燈具種類多，供電回路復(fù)雜，線纜接頭較多，并且景區(qū)游人較多，存在較大的漏電安全隱患，采用直流供電方案，輸出正負不接地，不與大地構(gòu)成回路，人體觸摸其中一根線纜不會觸電，為古老的運河保駕護航。
