國內(nèi)首創(chuàng)集成LED照明供電與控制創(chuàng)新型解決方案，該智控電源集LED驅(qū)動電源與單燈控制器為一體，可以實現(xiàn)LED照明的供電及調(diào)光控制。該電源內(nèi)置ZigBee通訊功能，可以與ZigBee集中控制器組合使用，構(gòu)成智能照明控制系統(tǒng)，實現(xiàn)照明的調(diào)光與控制。該產(chǎn)品能為道路照明供電節(jié)省30%成本費用。

The Control Gear is a series of products developed by Zhonhen Power according to the experience of lighting drivers and control application for many years.The scheme of products is the first in China, The Control Gear set Dimmable driver and Single Lamp Controller as a whole, it can provide power and dimming control at the same time.

主要技術(shù)參數(shù)：

恒流輸出，恒流精度±3%，保證LED燈具亮度的一致性，穩(wěn)定工作；

內(nèi)置ZigBee通訊功能，可以與ZigBee集中控制器組合使用，構(gòu)成智能照明控制系統(tǒng)，實現(xiàn)照明的調(diào)光與控制；

ZigBee通訊采用MASH組網(wǎng)，自由選擇最佳通訊路徑，保證通訊的穩(wěn)定可靠；

支持遠程開關(guān)燈及電流、電壓、功率、電量等數(shù)據(jù)采集，可在地圖上準確定位，實時顯示其運行狀態(tài)；

高PF>0.98、低THD＜10%，電磁兼容符合GB17625及GB17743要求，充分利用電網(wǎng)電能，極大限度的降低對電網(wǎng)的污染以及對周圍用電設(shè)備的干擾；

IP67級防護，避免其因雨水、潮氣、鹽霧等外界環(huán)境對智控電源的損害；

全方位保護：OVP/OTP/SHORT；

工作溫度-40~70℃，保障電源可以適應(yīng)全國各個地區(qū)的自然環(huán)境。

Constant current output, constant current accuracy ±3%, to ensure the consistency of LED luminaire brightness, stable work;

Built-in ZigBee Technology function, can be used with ZigBee Centralized controller, constitute intelligent lighting control system, to provide power and dimming control;

ZigBee technology using Mash Network, freely choosing the best path of communication, to ensure the stability and reliability of communication;

Support remote switch lamp and collect the data of current, voltage, power and others,can be accurately positioned on the map, its operating status can be displayed whenever necessary;

High PF>0.98, Low THD<10%, Electromagnetic Compatibility is in line with GB17625 and GB17743 requirements, make full use of grid power, greatly reduce the pollution of the power grid and interferences

with the surrounding electrical equipments;

The degree of protection is IP67, can avoid the damage to the driver in external environment such as rain, moisture, salt mist and others.

Full Range Of Protection: OVP/OTP/Short;

Operating Temperature: -40~70 ℃, to ensure that the driver can adapt to all regions of the rys natural environment.

技術(shù)及工藝創(chuàng)新要點：

本電源將單燈控制器集成到LED電源內(nèi)部，單燈控制器直接參與電源整機的反饋控制，避免接線引起的干擾與誤操作，加強了燈具供電系統(tǒng)的可靠性。同時，將單燈控制器和電源合二為一，大大降低了成本，使用上避免單燈控制器與電源裝配上誤操作的可能，提高了安裝上的可操作性。

The Control Gearput the single lamp controller into the LED driver, and the single lamp controller is directly involved in the feedback and control of the driver, to avoid the interference and misoperation caused by the wiring, and enhance the reliability of the luminaire supply system. At the same time, put the single-lamp controller and normal driver together, greatly reduce the cost, avoid the misoperation of single-lamp controller and normal driver, improve the operability of installation.
