An LED driving power supply for overload protection by sampling the primary current includes the primary driving module connecting the external power supply, the secondary driving module cooperating with the primary driving module to generate the output current, and the main control module. The overload detection circuit is also included. The overload detection circuit is electrically connected with the primary driving module to control the operation of the primary driving module according to the size of the primary current. The design detects the primary current of the original side. The primary current of the original side is small, the loss of the detection circuit is small, the overload protection is precise and the circuit is simple.

The primary driving module includes the first switch, the second switch, the capacitor ECI, the capacitor EC2 and the primary coil. The first switch includes the control end, the input end and the output end, and the second switch includes the control end, the input end and the output end. 

技術(shù)及工藝創(chuàng)新要點：

過載檢測電路與原邊驅(qū)動模塊連接以檢測原邊側(cè)的原邊電流，并且通過比較將信號發(fā)送到主控模塊，主控模塊根據(jù)原邊電流的大小調(diào)制相應(yīng)的PWM信號控制原邊驅(qū)動模塊運(yùn)作，本設(shè)計對原邊側(cè)的原邊電流進(jìn)行檢測，原邊側(cè)的原邊電流較小，配合檢測電路損耗較小，過載保護(hù)精準(zhǔn)并且電路簡單。

在過載檢測電路中，增加峰值保持模塊，從而使取得的電壓值在高、低壓輸入時非常接近且相當(dāng)平穩(wěn)，使得更加檢測結(jié)果更加精準(zhǔn)。

The overload detection circuit is connected with the original side drive module to detect the original side current, and the signal is sent to the main control module through comparison. The main control module modulates the corresponding PWM signal according to the size of the original side current to control the operation of the original side drive module. This design detects the original side current of the original side. The original side current of the original side is small, and the loss of the cooperation detection circuit is small. The load protection is precise and the circuit is simple.            

In the overload detection circuit, the peak holding module is added, so that the voltage value obtained is very close and quite stable at high and low voltage input, which makes the detection result more accurate.
