使用最方便的定位塊、基板原點對位的方式定位，定位精確（精度小于0.05mm）。貼裝角度范圍0-360°，精度0.1°。每個吸嘴都是獨立轉(zhuǎn)角，外加六個元件識別相機(jī)，除了可貼裝傳統(tǒng)的LED長燈條外，球泡燈、筒燈、射燈、吸頂燈、護(hù)欄管、LED驅(qū)動電源、控制板,銅線燈串等等均可隨意貼裝

技術(shù)及工藝創(chuàng)新要點：

1.0402以上阻容件及各種3528和5050 LED芯片,同時滿足SOP, SOT芯片的貼裝 ,電源驅(qū)動,控制板等,并兼容各種大功率芯片貼裝 

0603 upper resistor and capacitor parts and LED chips 3528, 5050, meanwhile meet requirement of SOP, SOT chip placement, power driver, control board etc placement and compatible with all kinds of high power chip mount. 

2.MARK點相機(jī)+六組索尼視覺相機(jī)定位,一組高精密工業(yè)相機(jī) MARK point camera + 6 sets Sony visual camera position+1 set industrial camera 

3.實踐與進(jìn)口貼片機(jī)一樣的高速識別飛拍功能。
