德國默克：以品質(zhì)保護(hù)行業(yè)的健康發(fā)展

　　6月9日到10日，照明行業(yè)年度盛會——“2016阿拉丁照明論壇”在全球最大照明展廣州國際照明展期間隆重舉行，阿拉丁照明網(wǎng)作為大會報道的官方媒體，特邀德國默克Litec-LLL 總經(jīng)理Stefan Tews博士來到我們新聞直播現(xiàn)場，與大家共同探討照明及LED產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展大計。

　　阿拉丁照明網(wǎng)：在您看來，LED產(chǎn)業(yè)呈現(xiàn)了哪些新的趨勢?

　　Alighting：What is your view on the new development trend of LED industry?

　　Stefan Tews: When we see the LED itself, it is a very young and new technology, it is not only about saving energy, it is about saving material, saving our nature. Because we see it is becoming smaller and smaller that the new trends of chip-scale package, and it is go further down to the wafer-level package, so it can save energy, save material and this is with higher efficiency than any other light, so you can see a bright future of this kind of light.

　　Stefan Tews: 其實(shí)LED本身就是一個非常年輕非常新的技術(shù)，這不僅僅關(guān)乎節(jié)省能源，還節(jié)約材料，保護(hù)大自然。目前，我們可以看到CSP的體積越來越小，成本越來越低，光效也越來越高，所以我們非?？春眠@種技術(shù)的發(fā)展。

　　阿拉丁照明網(wǎng)：這些趨勢對LED企業(yè)來說，有何影響?您對LED企業(yè)有何建議?

　　Alighting：Will these trends have any impact on the LED companies? And what is the impact? What is your suggestion for the company?

　　Stefan Tews: For one hand, LED companies as we can see these material trends, now the LED industry has cheaper free-chip companies, on the other hand, you can see these package companies and then the lighting factories, I think it is becoming smaller and company become into more integrated, and from my personal perspective, package companies might get less and disappeared, because the vertical integration of free-chip company should start here.

　　So if you think about higher efficiency, you always need to look for new materials, new material means higher thermal resistence, longer life time, and get your own core competence.

　　一方面，從節(jié)省材料和成本來看，現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)有了免封裝的企業(yè)，另一方面，我們也可以看到封裝公司和燈具廠家正在變得越來越小，越來越整合。所以，以我個人來看，封裝企業(yè)會越來越少，甚至消失。因?yàn)榇怪闭系拿夥庋b公司就是從這里開始。

　　所以要達(dá)到更高的光效，就需要尋求更新更好的材料，更好的材料意味著有更好的散熱性，更長的壽命，這就使你擁有更好的核心競爭力。

　　阿拉丁照明網(wǎng)：作為全球領(lǐng)先的熒光粉企業(yè)，默克會為照明企業(yè)提供哪些領(lǐng)先的技術(shù)支持和服務(wù)?

　　Alighting：What technical and service will Merck support to the LED lighting industry development? What is the advantage of them?

　　Stefan Tews: Merck try to understand the whole LED system, so we are not only working on the phosphor material as a light convertor which is a key component, we are serving the whole LED system, and recently we found a new light convertor, addressing higher thermal stability, and as we have seen now, we can finally fix the temperature problem and less function fade.

　　默克正在試圖理解整個LED系統(tǒng)，所以我們不僅僅研究LED熒光粉這一關(guān)鍵材料，我們是為整個LED系統(tǒng)服務(wù)的。最近我們也發(fā)現(xiàn)了一個新的材料，具有更高的熱穩(wěn)定性。據(jù)我們的研究情況來看，我們可以最終解決溫度的瓶頸，并且并不使功能有所退化。

　　阿拉丁照明網(wǎng)：可否談?wù)勀宋磥淼募夹g(shù)路線和市場規(guī)劃?

　　Alighting：What’s the next plan of Merck for LED industry?

　　Stefan Tews: We try to see to define the trends and of course to define ourselves next generation of LED, to relay popularity to what is this trends to define new .classes, which can survive and maintain in a better way for this industry, innovation is everything and Merck think this is the most important for us, we always find something interesting of LED.

　　我們試圖去了解整個LED的發(fā)展趨勢，并據(jù)此去研發(fā)我們下一代的產(chǎn)品。根據(jù)趨勢去生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品，這會讓我們更有生命力和競爭力，但另一方面，創(chuàng)新也非常重要，我想這對默克來說是最重要的一點(diǎn)，我們總是去尋求更新穎有趣的LED技術(shù)。

　　阿拉丁照明網(wǎng)：可以分享下您對這個行業(yè)新的看法嗎?

　　Alighting：Do you have any other new ideas to share with LED industry?

　　Stefan Tews: The price and solution of LED is very unhealthy in LED industry, we should take care of it, we don’t destroy its value, this is my concentrate. Don’t destroy value and find yourself becoming special, everybody can do everything, the only thing they can do is cheaper, cheaper is fine, but we should become healthy.

　　目前，由于價格戰(zhàn)，整個行業(yè)非常不健康，這需要引起我們的關(guān)注。我們不要破壞了整個產(chǎn)業(yè)的價值，我們要定位好自身，找到自身的特殊價值，這是我所關(guān)注的。如果做所有人都能做的事，那一定是低價的，低價本身并沒有問題，但我們要保持行業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。

　　阿拉丁照明網(wǎng)：所以說質(zhì)量和價格是非常重要的兩個因素?

　　Alighting：So the quality and cost is very important?

　　Stefan Tews: The cost is important, but might be concentrated on the quality first, cost should be maintained, because we can do it cheaper and cheaper. As we further today for summary case in the afternoon of our speach, which somebody took for free, and something that you can’t get for free. So having it healthy in business, in the long run, it will save our cost.

　　價格很重要，但我們首先應(yīng)該保證質(zhì)量，然后再盡量保持低價。保持行業(yè)的健康發(fā)展，從長遠(yuǎn)來看，有利于我們節(jié)省成本。
