Peter Johansen收購SGM后都發(fā)生了什么

　　這些是如何開始的呢? Peter Johansen表示：“當我們思考時，我和我的團隊都希望做一些不同的產(chǎn)品和全新的研發(fā)，我們尋找燈光市場的未來發(fā)展方向。我雖然離開燈光界有差不多十二年，但燈光市場在這十幾年里并沒有有太多的變化。”

　　Peter Johansen，丹麥馬田(MARTIN)燈光的創(chuàng)建人，他在燈光界的影響力是巨大的。他曾帶領(lǐng)丹麥馬田公司(MARTIN) 創(chuàng)新了現(xiàn)代燈光概念與設(shè)計。當意大利RCF公司收購意大利SGM公司時，他的一位老朋友給了Peter Johansen電話，尋求他的幫助。

　　壓力是巨大的，特別是在當下劇烈競爭下的全球燈光市場。經(jīng)過4個月的思考，Peter決定加入，并提出研發(fā)中心要建在丹麥奧胡斯-他創(chuàng)建丹麥馬田品牌的故里。消息傳出后，大家沸騰啦，許多Peter的老部下紛紛決定加入，其中包括著名燈光科研專家Finn Kallestrup.(他帶領(lǐng)下研發(fā)創(chuàng)出的馬田MAC500/600，完成并帶動了燈光的革命。)

　　2012年2月，Peter在財團的幫助下全面完成SGM品牌的收購。專注LED燈光方向，并在2015年成功取得更多資金注入，2016年全球展會上必將會看到丹麥SGM更多新產(chǎn)品的推出。

　　SGM收購后推上市場的第一款LED頻閃燈 X-5/XC-5，馬上引起了業(yè)界的巨大轟動。Peter 和Kallestrup帶領(lǐng)研發(fā)團隊研發(fā)出世界上第一款LED 頻閃燈-X5(LED白光頻閃)、XC-5(LED彩色頻閃)，它取代了傳統(tǒng)高能耗疝氣燈，并改變了傳統(tǒng)概念“頻閃燈”無顏色變化的定義。

　　丹麥SGM全新LED 頻閃燈得到世界許多著名流行巨星追捧，其中包括碧昂斯，小甜甜，LADY GAGA, PINK, 九寸丁等;以及著名大型活動“歐洲好聲音”等。

　　丹麥SGM 陸續(xù)推出19款LED燈光產(chǎn)品，如P-5染色燈, SixPack黑光燈, LT-100 3D燈等，其中G-SPOT全功能防水LED搖頭燈再一次成為業(yè)界的傳奇。SGM LED產(chǎn)品全部是IP65全天候標準，同時產(chǎn)品外形設(shè)計更加小巧、優(yōu)雅，使燈光在優(yōu)良功能性外更是可以成為場地的裝飾品。產(chǎn)品具有智能溫度感應(yīng)以及良好的冷卻靜噪系統(tǒng)設(shè)計。操作簡捷，內(nèi)置RFID界面設(shè)計方便遙控操作以及檢測與監(jiān)控，并擁有市場上最高效的W-DMX自控設(shè)計。

　　LED燈光的未來，Peter說：“ G-SPOT，光束和染色一體LED搖頭燈，在世界都在關(guān)注地球變暖的影響時，丹麥SGM給出了燈光產(chǎn)業(yè)的解決方案，而且在未來所有SGM產(chǎn)品我們都將不再使用傳統(tǒng)高能燈泡。

　　Peter Johansen最后引用邱吉爾的一句名言“我只容易滿足于最好的”。這也是Peter本人以及在他所帶領(lǐng)下的全新SGM LED產(chǎn)品給全球燈光使用者的一份承諾。

　　HOW SGM EVOLVED AFTER THE TAKEOVER

　　SO HOW has this remarkable journey unfolded? “When I re-entered the market and got my old team back together, they were unanimous in wanting to do something different and revolutionary,” declares Peter Johansen. “Our product strategy was not to look at what was already in the market but find the gaps. I had been away from lighting for 12 years and yet little seemed to have changed.“

　　Having achieved everything he could have wished for in his earlier incumbency as founder and CEO of Martin Professional — followed by a string of manufacturing successes in other industries — Peter Johansen had nothing left to prove when he took a phone call from one of his former colleagues back in 2010 to say that SGM, which had just been taken over by respected Italian pro audio company, RCF, needed assistance.

　　It took a lot of persuasion, but in the Autumn Peter acquiesced on the condition that he could reassemble his brilliant R&D team and relocate the department to Aarhus, Denmark — the scene of his greatest triumphs.

　　Systematically many of his former staff returned … determined to play a role in the next chapter of Peter’s success story, among them head of R&D,

　　While pledging that the new SGM would focus 100% on LED lighting Peter was simultaneously organising a consortium that would buy out the controlling interest of SGM. And by February 2012 he was running his own lighting company again, with a mandate “to turn LED on its head.” A further major injection of capital at the end of 2015 will ensure the mission to innovate remains on track into the 2016 exhibition season.

　　Peter and his team believed that they could develop an LED version of Kallestrup’s classic Atomic strobe — no power hungry xenon light source, no colour scrolling — but a ton more creative options for the LD. And after the launch of the X-5 and XC-5 (colour) strobes everything went into overdrive.

　　These groundbreaking LED strobes immediately found favour with several of the world’s most distinguished LDs, and were soon supporting top artistes, from Beyoncé to Britney Spears, and Nine Inch Nails to Pearl Jam — as well as dominating spectaculars like the Eurovision Song Contest.

　　No fewer than 19 new products graced the SGM stand at Frankfurt Prolight+Sound in Spring 2012 and already products like the P-5, SixPack, LT-100 3D pixel tubes and G-Spot have become classics, and most uniquely styled, with low profile, lightweight chassis, and IP65 rated. Where necessary they feature an intelligent temperature control with optimised cooling facilities and low noise floors. Simple, user-friendly set-ups are other prerequisites, with patented RFID implemented interface support that allows for easy warehouse control and remote diagnostics, updating and uploading of DMX settings. Integrated W-DMX and stand-alone lighting control are other features of packages that frequently display the highest efficacy ratings in the market.

　　So how does Peter foresee the immediate future of LED?? “Withuniform beam and colour mixing contained in a single compact unit, the G-Spot, he predicts, will sound the final death knell for ‘old school’ lighting. “There will be no more discharge lamps from me,” he promises. “Quite apart from the global warming implications, I’ve been there, done that!”

　　“I am easily satisfied with the very best,” is a famous quote from Sir Winston Churchill. And within the lighting industry that sentiment could equally apply to any number of SGM’s customers.
